How to make your own Ice Slush Pack at Home:
1. Place two (2) parts water to one (1) part rubbing alcohol in a Ziplock freezer bag. Place this bag inside another bag to prevent leakage.
2. To prevent accidental ingestion, write on the bag with a permanent marker a message such as “Do Not Eat – Poison”
3. Place in freezer. Mixture will become slushy in the freezer.

When using your new home-made Ice Slush Pack:
Place a cool, moist cloth over the area of pain and mold the ice slush over the cloth. Leave on 10 – 15 minutes.
Reuse the ice pack every 2-3 hours as needed for pain or swelling.
Keep in the freezer when not in use.
